Begin with a Complimentary Consultation

All services begin with a free 15-minute consultation. This is a space for you to share what’s been going on, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. I offer a combination of insurance-based and private pay options so you can choose what fits your needs and financial situation. Whether you are coming in as an individual or as a couple, the work is tailored to your specific goals, needs, and capacity.

Finding the Right Level of Support

Not everyone needs the same type or level of care. Some people are looking for consistent, deeper therapy. Others want space to reflect, check in, and stay grounded without ongoing weekly sessions. Together, we’ll decide what level of support fits your needs, your capacity, and where you are right now.
Below are the different ways we can work together.

Individual Therapy

per session Fee

This is traditional therapy for those wanting consistent support and deeper work. Sessions are available weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.

This space is for:

-Working through patterns that feel stuck
-Processing emotional experiences
Navigating relationships, identity shifts, and life transitions

Each session is 50–55 minutes.

Guided Support

per MontH fee

For those who are not needing ongoing therapy but still want intentional support, reflection, and guidance.

This option is a good fit if you:

-Are generally functioning well but feel a bit stuck or off
want structure and tools to stay grounded
-Benefit from having a space to check in and process periodically

Each session is 45 minutes.

Relationships Therapy

per session Fee

Work together to better understand patterns, communication, and the underlying dynamics in your relationship.

Sessions focus on helping you both:

-Feel more understood
-Navigate conflict differently
-Reconnect in a more meaningful way

Each session is 55 minutes.

In-Network with Insurance

Individual therapy is often covered through insurance via Headway. We accept most major insurance plans and can also work with Thizer for out-of-network benefits. Couples therapy may be eligible depending on your specific plan.

A diagnosis is required for insurance billing, and you are responsible for your copayment at the time of service through Headway.

We can review your specific coverage during your consultation.

Health Savings Account (HSA) payments are also accepted.

Session Packages + Intensives

Therapy does not always need to follow a single format. Different levels of support can be helpful depending on what you are navigating and how you prefer to engage in the work. Some individuals benefit from consistent, ongoing sessions, while others may be looking for a more structured approach or more focused time to work through specific concerns.

Options may include regular sessions at a pace that feels sustainable, as well as extended sessions for deeper, more focused work. Extended sessions, or intensives, allow for more time to slow things down and work through what is happening beneath the surface. These can be helpful for more complex or layered concerns, or when something feels particularly stuck.

Whether you’re looking for consistency or depth, these options are designed to support lasting, meaningful change in a way that fits you.

Cultivate Packages

For those looking for consistency and a steady rhythm of support, sessions can be structured in a way that fits both your needs and your life.

  • Weekly – consistent, ongoing support to build momentum and stay engaged in the work
  • Biweekly – space to reflect while still staying connected and supported
  • Monthly – maintenance and check-ins to stay grounded and intentional

These options allow therapy to meet you where you are while maintaining meaningful progress over time.

Deeply Rooted Intensives

For those ready to slow down, focus deeply, and work through more layered or complex experiences. Intensives offer extended time and space to move beyond surface-level conversations and into what’s underneath—often leading to more meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.

  • 2-Hour Intensive –A focused session to explore a specific concern more deeply and begin moving it forward in a meaningful way.
  • 4-Hour Intensive –An extended session to work through more complex or layered experiences with greater depth, continuity, and insight in a single day.
  • Multi-Session Intensive Series– maintenance and check-ins to stay grounded and intentional

These options allow therapy to meet you where you are while maintaining meaningful progress over time.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure in Texas. Supervision is offered virtually and includes both individual and group options.

My approach is thoughtful, direct, and centered on helping you develop confidence and clarity in your clinical work. We focus on case conceptualization, clinical decision-making, and understanding the patterns and dynamics that show up in your sessions.

Supervision is a space to slow things down and think through your cases in a way that feels grounded and practical. This includes working through challenging moments in session, navigating uncertainty, and building your ability to respond more intentionally and effectively over time.

Many LMSWs come into supervision feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or questioning whether they are “doing it right.” This space allows you to process that, strengthen your clinical skills, and develop your own voice as a therapist.

Supervision also supports you in meeting licensure requirements in a structured and consistent way, while still allowing space for deeper clinical growth.

Whether you are early in your experience or looking to deepen your work, supervision is tailored to your needs and supports both your professional development and long-term growth.

Sliding Scale Payments

I know therapy can be a significant investment, especially without insurance. Access to mental health care should not be limited by finances. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those navigating financial strain. This is one way I work to make therapy more accessible while also maintaining a sustainable practice. If this is something you are needing, please bring it up during your initial consultation and I will walk you through next steps, including a brief financial assistance application.

Sliding scale spots are available for individual sessions only and are limited to 12 sessions at the reduced rate. This helps ensure therapy remains accessible while maintaining the quality of care.
